- I am the new daughter in law on the Ellis Family Farms and through this blog I am hoping to give our customers a connection to the farm in a way otherwise impossible. Readers will be able to see where their fruit comes from and how we produce quality produce. Also a photographer I am pleased to have an outlet for images that will help serve the purposes stated above. It is going to be a fun season!

I love your lighthouse images and I love how you tilted your camera to get an awesome perspective with a few of your photos.

Tori, that is most definitely NOT the ocean! I am completely a Lake Michigan Girl! Thanks...the light was absolutely gorgeous so I tried to work on my manual settings and metering. I think it paid off.
Christi, how fun to know that someone keeps up with my blog. You are probably loving this post everyday challenge I made for myself. :) I would have never thought one could live vicariously through my everyday images but I am so glad you are enjoying the pictures, Lord willing they will just get better and better.

I'm pretty sure that the Christi in the recent comment is my daughter, and with many thanks to her, you have more than one daily reader...she shared the addy with me. I'd like to think she got her love of beautiful photos from me. :)

How fun to "meet" you. I have actually been shooting the North Pier light in St Joseph Michigan because it is the closest to my home. I am hoping to get up the lake aways this summer to shoot different lights but we shall see what the Lord wills.
Flowers are my favorite thing to shoot so that tends to be where I want to spend all my time and it really shows. I am so glad that you enjoy them. If anyone ever hears of a market for selling closeups of flowers I would love to hear about it. LOL!
